順天堂大学画像診断・治療学教室では大学院生を募集しています。画像診断・治療学教室は臨床系の教室ですが、大学院出願に関しては医学部出身者・医師国家試験合格者である必要はありません。

【人材養成の目的】
本養成コースの最終的な目標は、多くの肝胆膵疾患に接し、実際の症例を通して、解剖、病理、病態生理、薬理、さまざまな診断法、治療法を習得することにあります。また、患者面接法、診察技法、検査データや画像データの見方などの技能を身につけていただきます。 さらに、それらの情報から、鑑別診断を行い、治療方針を決定していただきます。
【Course objectives】
The final aim of this training course is to master anatomy, pathology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, and various diagnostic and therapeutic modalities.
In addition, we would like you to acquire the skills of patient interview, physical examination technique, and knowledge to evaluate laboratory and imaging data. Furthermore, based on the information, we would like you to perform differential diagnosis and determine the treatment plan.

【Research themes】
・Image-guided ablation for primary and metastatic liver tumors, such as radiofrequency ablation
・Image-guided ablation for extrahepatic tumors, such as radiofrequency ablation
・Hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy for liver tumors
・Multidisciplinary treatment for advanced colorectal cancer or gastric cancer
・Clinicopathological study on gallbladder cancer and extrahepatic bile duct cancer at an early stage
・Clinicopathological study on pre-cancerous lesion of the biliary tract and pancreas
・Clinicopathological study on early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer
・Study on diagnosis and treatment of chronic pancreatitis
・Clinicopathological study on severe acute pancreatitis

【授業の目的と概要 】
肝胆膵領域における画像を中心とした診断と低侵襲治療に関し、論理的・科学的に問題点を検出し解決法を検討できるようにする。臨床研究だけでなく基礎研究や医工連携なども視野に入れて、主体的な研究が行えるよう研究指導を行う。
【Purpose and Course Outline】
The purpose of the course is to detect problems and examine their solution logically and scientifically, regarding the diagnostic imaging and interventional oncology in the hepatobiliary and pancreatic field. We would guide master’s students to active research, taking into consideration of not only clinical study but also basic research and medical engineering collaboration.
