thanks for your arrangement of this course
1. in comparison to the 3rd training course, the discussion is immediately at the IVO but not in the restroom as before
2. we think we are not beginners and the usage of international connection is not our level to learn and use, so the Cannon fusion and the TEL Med are not my interest
3. we would like to learn more about isoniazid use because, in Taiwan, it is self-paid and is not used in our daily practice
4. I learned much about your shortest puncture in different position changes and the tip of MWA needle placement, in my feeling, you use Emprint as a cool tip needle, but measure it 0.5 cm foreword
5. Emprint also has a heating effect as the left lobe recurrence to the Child B decompensated male patient, maybe my small ablation sizes and repeated ablation to two cases also due to heat sink
6. in artificial ascites formation and drainage out, I preferred to use angiocath, which is a plastic covering and as cheap as an IV set
7. I would change my US recheck more frequently to MRI to find a small recurrence after ablation
